Hot Tub Gazebo Warranty Policy
We warranty all our hot tub gazebo products for a period of one year for defects in manufacturing and workmanship.
We will replace any missing or broken parts free of charge. It is the purchaser's responsibility to notify us within 14 days after receiving the product if any broken or missing pieces are found. After the 14-day time limit, free shipping for replacement parts may not be available.
Customers can cancel the order before the product is shipped. However, the order cannot be returned and there is no refund once the order has shipped, unless the product is totally damaged in transit and cannot be salvaged.
Hot Tub Gazebo Shipping & Delivery
The average lead time is 2–3 weeks from time of order to delivery. Under certain circumstances, lead times can be shortened or lengthened.
Before delivery, the customer will be contacted by phone from the local carrier to set up a convenient time. Signature is required.
Shipping is standard curbside Motor Freight delivery. Shipments are delivered to the curbside or as close to the purchaser's property line or driveway as possible. Power lift-gate unloading to ground level is available at extra cost.
Purchaser must inspect freight prior to unloading and document any damage on the Bill of Lading provided by the carrier. Failure to document damage may result in delays resolving claims.
Payment Policy
We accept Cheque, Bank Draft, Visa, or Mastercard. Credit card payments are processed securely online.
We ask for up to 50% down payment and deposit (the 10% deposit is non-refundable once the product is built; the up to 40% down payment is non-refundable after the order is shipped). The balance is due upon shipment.
By placing an order, you agree to pay the deposit, down payment, and balance in full on time. Balance is required to be paid before the product is shipped.
Refund & Return Policy
Once ordered products are completely packaged or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or returned and there is no refund.
Duty and Taxes
Our gazebos are shipped to the USA duty free. Shipments valued over $2,500 must be cleared with US Customs at the US/Canada border. Our US Customs broker will need an IRS number to prepare import clearance paperwork. This process has no cost to our clients.
For any local taxes or use fees, clients should contact their state for information.
