I want to give a BIG shout-out to Andrew and everyone at Cedarview Structures for the years of enjoyment we've gotten from their excellent product—and also for the exceptional service they continue to provide.
In 2017, we purchased a Pacific 10' x 10' rounded-corner hot tub enclosure kit, which was delivered to us here in Calgary, Alberta. Before that, we had a canvas and net structure that had tattered and worn out after a short time. Since my husband used the hot tub nearly every night, he was absolutely thrilled with our beautiful new Cedarview structure. One of his favourite features was the sky dome, which allowed him to relax in the hot tub while looking up at the stars.
My husband passed away recently, and while removing the hot tub, one of the rounded-corner windows was accidentally broken. I emailed Cedarview and the owner, Andrew, called me that same day. I happened to have friends coming from Chilliwack who I was hoping could pick up the part and bring it to me but the only time they were available for pickup was in a one-hour window on Monday. This may sound like a small thing, but it was the Monday of the long weekend and Andrew was on vacation. He could easily have said he'd ship it to me next week, but instead he made it happen with a wonderful, can-do, happy-to-help attitude and offered to meet them at the business location and personally hand them the part. This type of service is beyond extraordinary!
My son installed the new window, and I now continue to have a remarkable space that I can will enjoy and appreciate for years to come.
I wholeheartedly recommend both the Cedarview product and the people behind it. Nine years later, I can honestly say that the quality, durability and customer service have all been exceptional.
